Case Management for Children & Adults

Our case management programs offer case management to children and adults under  Section 65, 13, 17, Grant Funded through the  State of Maine rules and regulations for helping programs.

Adult case management through case intensive services (CIS) through section 17 accepts Maine care only, and a grant funded program through the State of Maine.

What do Mental Health case managers do at ALC? Mental health case managers help individuals develop coping skills and maintain a stable life. They assess individuals to evaluate the state of their mental health, develop a plan of care to assist individuals with their goals. Goals such as housing, employment, connection to other service providers and the community, and much more. Furthermore, they keep patients’ records based on assessments and evaluations. Assist with the organization of medical records and appointments. Connecting individuals to transportation through ride share programs. And so much more… Our case management programs offer case management to children under Section 13 rules & Regulation established by the State of Maine. Adult case management through case intensive services (CIS) through section 17 accepts Maine Care only, and a grant funded program through the State of Maine for individuals with mental health issues and no insurance. Offered by a home team approach.
